Boss and two arms. Left arm hits entire raid for 10k now and then, right arm grabs and crushes a person until it takes ~500k damage.

Multiple tanks using a taunt rotation on the boss, which has a stacking armor debuff. When the debuff hits 2, next tank in rotation taunts. Raid spreads out to minimize dmg from eye beams, 3 yard spacing so doesn't take a lot.

Kill left arm. When it dies, a bunch of earth elementals spawn. Tank and AoE them. Kill right arm, AoE elementals, then go beat on boss. Arms respawn 60 seconds after being killed, but each time you kill them the main boss takes damage equal to the arm's health. Repeat until we win.
