Melee and main tank healers in center of the room, using a tank with rapid cooldown for Surge of Darkness with no boss movement. The most important thing for this team is to interrupt each and every cast of Searing Flames. If even one gets through, it will wipe the raid. At intervals, this team will kill a close Saronite Vapor to allow the main tank healers to regain mana. Those healers will need more vapors than the ranged teams because they will not have the advantage of Shadow Crash, so this also needs to be well managed. Healers should stand in the puddle for six stacks, step out and heal back up, wait until debuff expires, then repeat until the puddle dissipates.

There will be two ranged teams, each team with a mix of ranged dps and healers. We will do a trianglular positioning, one ranged team back and to the left and one team back and to the right, with the boss being the top of the triangle. If it was a clock, the boss would be at 12, one team at 4, and one at 8. Whenever shadow crash is cast at a ranged team, they all move sideways away from the center. So the left team moves farther left, and the right team farther right. Whenever Mark of the Faceless is cast, that single person moves to towards the center, between the two groups to the 6 o'clock position. Ranged DPS should only damage the boss when they have a shadow crash puddle to stand in, otherwise just wand and conserve mana. Please have bandages with you and use them when taking damage. When most of the ranged team is low on mana (1/3 or less) they will kill a Saronite Vapor. Stand in the puddle until 6 debuffs, step out and let the debuff expire, and repeat. The ranged healers should be using group heals to keep the damage until control. Another consideration for the ranged healers is to keep an eye on the main tnak when the melee group healers are using puddles - their focus will be divided and this is a dangerous time for the tank.

If for some reason, a melee receives Mark of the Faceless, they must move to the same position as the ranged, back in the center between the ranged groups.

Sarnoite Vapors should be killed after a Surge of Darkness is cast to avoid excessive healing interruption during a period of high damage.
